Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area Exploration Series:Exploration of Zhuhai and Macao (2017/18)

In alignment with the school curriculum, the Education Bureau (EDB) organises “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area Exploration Series: Exploration of Zhuhai and Macao (2017/18)” (the Programme) with the aim of providing different learning experiences to enhance students’ understanding of the aviation, agriculture, technology, city planning, history and culture in the cities of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area.

 

EDB has commissioned a service provider to organise 4 routes between March and August 2018, ranging from 1 to 2 days.  Students from Primary 4 to Secondary 6 may participate.  Please refer to Annex 1 and Annex 2  in the Circular Memorandum (Chinese version only) for details of the Programme and application procedures.

Schools may apply for joining more than one of the routes and can nominate a maximum of 176 participants (160 students and 16 teachers) per trip.  Schools can encourage students who have not participated in Mainland exchange programmes before to join, and all participation is on a voluntary basis.  Interested schools can download the application form from the website of the service provider, and return the completed application form to the relevant service provider by fax at least three weeks prior to the departure of the trip which the school intends to join.
